Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients:

  • Sweet potato – 1 (peeled and diced)

Method:

  1. 1.. Wash the sweet potato well. Peel the skin and pressure cook or steam the sweet potato until tender.



2. Puree in a blender and adjust the texture with boiled, cooled water.

3. Cool before serving.
