Spinach-Banana Milkshake

Ingredients:

Spinach – ¼ bunch (tender)
Banana – 1 no. (Small)
Green apple – ¼ no.
Cherry tomatoes – 4-5 no.s
Milk – 150ml
Water – to adjust the consistency
Honey – 2- 3tsp
Method:
Wash the spinach and other ingredients well.
Blend all ingredients together. Filter to remove any insoluble fibre/ stem.
Adjust honey and water to adjust the consistency.
Nutrition Highlights – Greens are rich in vitamin A, fibre and iron. Fruits give calories and antioxidants. Cherry tomatoes are rated for its vitamin C and Vitamin A contents. Milk is a good protein source. Hence, balanced drink for a small meal. Slurppppppp!!
