Carrot- Sevai

Ingredients:
Sevai – ½ cup
Carrot – 1 cup, grated
Capsicum - 1/4 cup. chopped
Coriander leaves – to garnish
Ghee – 1 tsp
For masala:
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Jeera- 1 tsp
Channa dal – 1 tsp
groundnut - 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts – 6 no.s
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Hing- 1/2 tsp
Onion – ¼ cup
Method:
1. Cook the sevai and drain the water and leave it to dry.
2. Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds, turmeric powder,curry leaves, jeera, dry chili, channa dal, onion. Then the grate carrots, capsicum and saute until well done.
3. Add sevai to the prepared mixture and mix thoroughly.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
